I am writing to apply for the Stand-in position you have advertised. As an experienced actor and artist with a background in theatre, film, and television production, I believe I have the qualifications necessary to be successful in this role.
Most recently, I served as a Stand-in for the 2019 feature film “The Great Adventure”. In this role, I was responsible for being a ready stand-in and counterpart to the lead actor. My understanding of camera angles, blocking, and camera movements helped the production team to create some truly amazing shots that ended up in the final cut of the movie.
As a Stand-in, I am also skilled at adapting to last minute changes or demands from the production team. I understand that in this role, flexibility is essential and I have no problem quickly responding and adjusting when needed.
