I have over 10 years of experience in case management roles, with particular expertise in working with individuals and families who are dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse issues and other challenging circumstances. My background includes providing community-based support services and assessments to evaluate client needs, developing detailed service plans that meet their needs, coordinating services and resources for clients, providing crisis intervention as needed, and advocating on behalf of clients.
