I also have extensive knowledge of analyzing contact center agent performance, including monitoring calls, administering coaching and identifying areas of improvement. I am highly knowledgeable in using quality assurance tools such as QM, CustomerFX and IQtouch and I have experience in creating meaningful performance reports that can be used to identify and address trends in customer satisfaction levels.
In addition, I possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills which enable me to quickly identify and resolve customer service issues. I am a team player who works well with others and I am able to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
