As you can see from my attached resume, I have five years of experience in forestry management and conservation. I am certified as a forester with the state of Nevada and have additional certifications in GIS technologies, wildfire mitigation, forest health monitoring, and silviculture operations. My experience has also included managing personnel and leading teams to complete multiple projects related to timber harvest planning, timber sale preparation, and forest stand improvement.
I am highly organized, adaptable to change, have excellent communication skills, and take pride in my ability to problem-solve with a strong attention to detail. I am also passionate about sustainability principles which has served me well when creating management plans for multiple forests. In addition to my technical education, I have completed a B.S. in Environmental Science and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Forestry with an emphasis on conservation science.
