1. Ham and Cheese Panini – Start with two slices of your favorite deli ham, a layer of swiss cheese and top it off with another slice of ham. Grill in a skillet until the bread is lightly toasted and the cheese has melted. Serve with a side of mayo for dipping.
2. Italian Sub – Start with a toasted hoagie roll, layer on pepperoni, salami and ham from the deli counter. Add sliced red onion, tomatoes and lettuce before topping it off with your favorite Italian dressing.
3. Reuben Sandwich – Layer your favorite deli corned beef on toasted rye bread, top with a layer of sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing. Grill until the cheese is melted and serve with a side of french fries or potato chips.
4. Deli Sliders – Start with mini slider buns and top with a couple of slices of your favorite deli ham, sliced pickles and mustard. Serve these mini sandwiches on a platter and watch them disappear!
5. Deli Salad – Start by combining diced ham and salami from the deli counter with hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, croutons and shredded cheese in a large bowl. Top with your favorite creamy Italian dressing and serve chilled.
